The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under different names, email addresses, payment methods or device identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

During registration, Users must provide accurate, current and complete information, including their full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and contact number. The use of false, misleading or fictitious registration details is a material breach of these Terms.

Users are responsible for keeping their account credentials — including username and password — strictly confidential. kp666 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to an account caused by a User's failure to maintain credential security. 6. KYC & Identity Verification

kp666 and its underlying operator apply Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and responsible gambling requirements. KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed and may be required at the point of registration or at any time during account operation.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on the kp666 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software — is the property of kp666 or its content and technology partners and is protected by applicable international intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, commercially exploit or create derivative works from any kp666 content without explicit prior written authorisation.

14. Limitation of Liability
